The Financial Investigations Division (FID), the Jamaica Constabulary Force, the Major Organised Crime & Anti–Corruption Agency (MOCA), and the Jamaica Customs Agency, (JCA) have all declared their commitment to robustly enforce the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).
Their aim is to further combat organised crime, money laundering, and criminal gang activities across the country. The FID on Thursday, March 10, presented its law enforcement counterparts with cash seizure booklets to allow for an informed approach in investigations and POCA documentation. More details here:
