Keynote speaker Prime Minister Holness in his address on Friday, notes Central Kingston which was once part of old Kingston, is in need of major renovation. He adds the roads in the area are the only infrastructure to date that has managed to be maintained. The Prime Minister said the government is working through phases to correct the other necessities that need to be restructured. However, this particular visit is geared toward fire victims in the community. Noting that the area has recorded the most fires on the island.
