First Commercial Marijuana Products Exported To Cayman Islands

Jamaica has exported its first commercial marijuana products on Wednesday. The shipment, destined for the Cayman Islands is to be used for the medical industry. CVM LIVE sat down with the exporters, Kaya herb house who told us about the historic event.

CEO, Bali Vaswani says the process took nine months due to the absence of the existing legislations for the exportation of marijuana. The ministry of agriculture announced that the law will be brought to parliament in the first quarter of the new fiscal year.
