Speaking recently at a Floral Tribute for the late former Prime Minister Michael Manley, Culture Minister Olivia Babsy Grange says it is a time to reflect on the vision once held by Michael Manley that Jamaica become a republic.
Minister Grange notes Manley was a pioneer not only in Jamaica but in the region. She also highlighted Manley’s attitude towards the poor.
