Tributes for the late Khadijah Thomas began rolling in from different segments of the local media landscape on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
Thomas who was a noted young journalist and communications director at the national parenting commission is being remembered for her hard work and humble spirit.
Thomas passed away on Christmas day sometime after 10 pm, after a vicious battle with lupus.
Like the motto of her alma mater, St. Jago High, work conquers all; Khadijah’s work spoke for her. Even in death.
KT as she’s affectionately called died on Christmas day at about 10:30 in the night, but her family received the call on Boxing Day. Many are mourning with them.
Her former colleagues idolized her even before her passing.
