Former Petrojam Executives Trial Set For October

The two former Petrojam Executives who were charged with financial crimes by the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) are set to go to trial in October.

Former Petrojam Chairman, Dr. Perceval Behado Singh and Former General Manager, Floyd Grindley are to answer to charges of obtaining money under false pretense and aiding and abetting the process respectively.

The duo appeared before the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court this morning.
