Philip Paulwell’s baby mother Leoda Bradshaw and three other persons are in police custody in relation to the parliamentarian’s missing daughter and her mother. 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson, otherwise called ‘Tosh’, and her 10-month-old daughter Sarayah Paulwell disappeared from their St Andrew home around 7am on September 9.
