Franklin Town Residents Continue To Mourn Daniel Spencer

Franklin Town residents and the family of Daniel Spencer continue to mourn his death. Members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force and Member of Parliament for Kingston East and Port Royal, Phillip Paulwell visited the family of Spencer.

The community remains tense following Sunday’s grim discovery of the body of 18- year old Spencer, hands bound, stab wounds all over his body and a bullet to his head.

MP Phillip Paulwell describes the act as another instance of senseless killing.

Spencer who earned his living on the streets, was the breadwinner for his family.

Senior Superintendent of Police in charge of the Kingston Eastern Division, Tommilee Chambers is urging the residents not to seek justice by taking matters into their own hands but assist the police in their investigations.
