The people of Hope Bay, Portland are now benefiting from free public internet access under the Universal Service Fund’s Community Wi-Fi programme. This is part of the government’s initiative to roll out three free wi-fi hot spots in each constituency- totaling one hundred and eighty-nine (189) sites by March 2022, in an effort to bridge the digital divide.
