In hopes of decreasing Jamaica’s dependency on fossil fuels, while also protecting the environment – the government is seeking to provide incentives for the adoption of electric mobility. The Finance Ministry is also contemplating the reduction of import and license fees for electric vehicles. Watch the report below:
