Government to Invest Over 2-Billion in Mandeville Water Project

With the aim of supplying communities in Mandeville with a constant supply of potable water, the government is contributing over 2 billion dollars to the Mandeville water improvement project.

Minister without portfolio for Economic Growth and Job Creation, Senator Matthew Samuda says the government plans to pump 2.3 billion dollars into the Mandeville water improvement programme.

Addressing the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet at the Golf View Hotel, Samuda says water is a social investment that de-risks the investment of businesses in the community.
