The Government has pledged to assist with funeral expenses for the slain family in Clarendon, following the recent tragedy on Tuesday. Member of Parliament, Robert Nesta Morgan, says the government is committed to offer any assistance that is required. He says several leaders and stakeholders have also offered their services.
With funeral expenses for the family of five, who were brutally murdered in the parish of clarendon since the heinous crime on Tuesday, the nation has been rocked by the gruesome incident. He says the government is committed to offer any assistance needed, noting special counseling will also be offered to family and schoolmates. Since the incident, several of the nation’s leaders have been vocal in condemning the gruesome act.
As investigation continues the person of interest, Rushane Barnett remains in police custody and is going through a process of interviews.
