There has been an upsurge in gang-related violence within the Area Four Police Divisions, that’s according to Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang who visited several police stations across the region, recently.
The purpose of his visit was to reassure the officers on the ground of the government’s commitment to invest in the force for greater efficiency.
