Having reached their breaking point with lives being lost due to warring factions, residents of Harbour Heights, St. Andrew, the police, and the church came together to put an end to crime and violence in the community. ‘The Harbour Heights Peace Initiative’ began with a peace march then a bi-weekly football competition, spanning 6 weeks.
