A staggering $84 million had been expended to rectify recent water damage on Harbour View Main Road, following a severe deluge that dislodged fixtures installed by the National Water Commission, NWC. Consequently, what had started as an effort to resolve the persistent sewage problem turned into a more complicated situation.
The recurrent issue of sewage flooding on Harbour View Main Road has been a source of distress for both local residents and visitors.
