Health and Wellness Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton, says Manchester will be under a two-week curfew effective Monday, January 25.
The Minister sought to outline residents’ movement period during the curfew. Meanwhile, Dr. Tufton says under the Transport Authority Act, public transportation will be able to operate between 4 am and 8 PM over the period.
