Hope Botanical Gardens Complying With KSAMC’s Restrictions Despite Revenue Losses

In July, the Kingston and St.Andrew Municipal Corporation ( KSAMC ) imposed a limit on the number of events held at Hope Royal Botanical Gardens following complaints from residents of Hope Pastures about unbearable noise.

Prior to this, the residents of Hope Pastures had taken the matter to court.

However, the management of Hope Botanical Gardens has since been notified that the matter has been withdrawn and is anticipating a change in the KSAMC’S decision.
