Investigation Intensifies for Murdered Police

The manhunt continues for the suspect in the killing of a policeman on Monday in St Thomas. The Police Constable was gunned down after residents alerted him to a suspicious man in the area. 

37-year-old District Constable Mark Antonio Forsythe, assigned to the Trinity Ville Police Station, was shot and killed by unknown assailants after he went to investigate what citizens say, were suspicious-looking men in the area. Forsythe succumbed to his wounds at the Princess Margaret Hospital. The officer lived in close proximity to where he was coldly murdered. CVM LIVE understands Forsythe was unharmed and off duty at the time of his death. Watch the report below:
