Many communities will need to relocate – Prime Minister Andrew Holness is rejecting claims that poor engineering is responsible for extensive infrastructural damage caused by heavy rains over the past three weeks.
Holness points out that several of the communities will need to permanently relocate as rehabilitation gets underway.
