Jamaicans Share New Year Resolutions

At the beginning of every year, it is customary for many people to have resolutions. Since 2020 the world was plagued by the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in restrictions and lockdowns, but much has changed since then.

With the inflation rate a little over ten percent recorded in 2022 along with the relaxation of the COVID-19 protocols what are the expectations for 2023? But while the desire is heavily on financial and personal gains, the concern for crime and violence lingers.

In December Prime Minister Andrew Holness declared another State of Public Emergency in several parishes. Some people remain hopeful crime and violence will be controlled. Watch the full report:
