The Jamaica Labour Party, JLP is seeking answers regarding the Trafigura case. This caused contention in Parliament earlier today surrounding the recently delivered judgment from the UK Based Privy Council concerning the case.
On Monday, the Council dismissed the appeal by the People’s National Party officials to avoid giving evidence publicly in Open Court.
Justice Minister, Delroy Chuck says it is disappointing that a straightforward issue such as this had to go to the Privy Council.
