Justice Sykes Questions Absence of Forensic Evidence

On Tuesday, January 25, Chief Justice Bryan Sykes was taken aback by the fact that neither the police nor the prosecution in the One Don Klansman Gang Trial, had images of a crime scene that was processed in 2017. 

The incident relates to the murder of a man allegedly carried out by members of the gang but there is seemingly no forensic evidence from the police to admit to the court’s records.  More details here:
