The man who allegedly confessed to killing 20-year-old Khanice Jackson will be charged between Monday evening to early Tuesday morning.
Deputy commissioner of police, Fitz Bailey says the absence of fowler’s lawyers is the reason for the two-day delay on the laying of these charges.
However, khanice reassured her mother that Robert was trustworthy. Khanice’s boyfriend was another of the loved ones who had suspicions when he heard of the suspect’s kind gestures.
He sought to warn her a week before khanice met her undeserving fate. But khanice tried to convince her boyfriend taking the ride was safer than taking a taxi.
Police say though a definite time for the closing of the case is undetermined they believe it will be closed in short order.
