KSAMC Plans to Use Technology to Monitor Building and Events Permits

Mayor of Kingston Delroy Williams says the municipality plans to use technology to provide greater efficiency and information access to the public.

He says a digital system has been introduced to address complaints from residents while improving internal record-keeping. Mayor of Kingston Delroy Williams says the Municipality has used technology to allow the public to easily access information from its website. He says information surrounding amusement licenses and those granted licenses can now be accessed on the KSAMC’s website to better respond to the needs of the entertainment sector.

Meanwhile, the Mayor explains the digital system has an internal complaint system that provides an opportunity to track applications internally. Watch the full report:
