The Richmond Primary School in Manchester received a facelift on Labor Day from its staff and community members. Principal Annie Barrett-Elliott outlined to our news team the activities carried out for the day. Mrs. Barrett-Elliott noted stakeholders were notified on short notice, she has remained grateful for a large number of community members and parents and notes the importance of building the education sector.
