Senator Kamina Johnson Smith confirmed the government’s proactive steps, hinting at potential charges for praedial thieves under anti-gang laws. During a Friday session of the upper house, Senator Johnson Smith disclosed concerning data, pointing to an escalating issue where local thieves are being enlisted by criminal groups beyond Jamaica’s borders.
