Former chairman of the Petrojam board, Dr. Perceval Bahado Singh has been arrested and charged by the Major Organized Crime and Anti-corruption Agency (MOCA) with 12 counts of obtaining money under false pretense following a more than a two-year-long investigation into the state-run oil refinery.
