Business operators in Manchester are being warned against using containers as outlets without permission, failure to comply according to the Mayor, Donovan Mitchell, will result in high fines.
Speaking at the Parish Council Meeting on Thursday Mayor of Mandeville Donavon Mitchell sought to highlight the main issues the municipality has been facing with business operators who put up containers illegally.
Mayor Mitchell says permission must be sought. He notes persons will pay the full penalty if they continue to disregard the law.
