Praedial larcenists have been stalking the parish of Manchester; this is according to Member of Parliament (MP) Mikael Phillips. The North West MP explains that other crimes have been on the rise and the Manchester police are stretched thin. Phillips says though he understands the frustration of farmers regarding praedial larceny, he advises that they should not take the law into their own hands.
The MP suggests that the problem has become so pervasive, that the Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA), is finding it difficult to keep pace with the frequent requests for replacement stock. Watch the full report here:
