Speaking at the official opening of the Sagicor Millennium Mall, in Mineral Heights on July 7, Member of Parliament for Central Clarendon, Mike Henry says Central Jamaica needs extensive infrastructural and business development too.
Henry says while the Northern and Western sections of the island are being developed, Central Jamaica is being left behind.
He calls for a multi-modal plan to help with the transport issue that the country is facing.
In the meantime, South East Clarendon Member of Parliament, Pearnel Charles Jnr. says the multi-billion dollar development will be a beacon of hope for residents.
