On Tuesday, January 5, the second day of face to face resumption, Minister of Education, Youth and Information, Fayval Williams toured several schools in West Central St. Andrew.
She notes based on observations that schools have been complying with the protocols.
Minister Williams reiterated that for students who are unable to be in for the physical classrooms, the online option is still available. She also emphasizes the importance of education.
Additionally, the Minister also responded to the strong stance taken by the National Parent Teacher Association of Jamaica, NPTAJ, against the resumption of face to face learning.
