Deputy Superintendent in Charge of the Community and Safety Branch in Clarendon, Owen Brown is championing good health for officers of the law. Speaking with Cvm Live at a health fair recently, DSP Brown says the health and wellness of police officers is most important. He also notes the fair was open to members of the public. With the challenges that come with being an officer of the law, DSP Brown notes male officers especially those over the age of 40 should invest in their health. The DSP further adds despite the misinformation perpetuated in the Jamaican society, there is growing acceptance of the education regarding prostate cancer.
