Robert Montague, during yesterday’s sitting of the lower house, called into question the impartiality and thoroughness of the Integrity Commission’s investigative functions. It follows a report by the commission suggesting he had issued gun licenses to persons with criminal records, while he was Minister of National Security. He appeared to question why a similar accusation that had been levelled at former Security Minister Peter Bunting had been amended and his had not. Watch the report:
