It perhaps cannot be overstated, how the effects of climate change could possibly impact the quality of life as well as the economic fortunes of small island states and in recognition of the need to adapt.
The Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation in partnership with the IDB are well advanced in their Adaptation programme and financing mechanism for the pilot programme for climate resilience as well as the development of a National Spatial Plan.
