Another alleged National Commercial Bank (NCB) customer is urging vigilance after claiming her account was breached over two consecutive months.
The customer says approximately one hundred thousand dollars was removed from her savings account in the process. The woman alleges even after reporting the matter and waiting for weeks she’s yet to be reimbursed.
It’s a ‘coordinated scam,’ that is the description made by one frustrated customer who alleges she has lost over one hundred thousand Jamaican dollars from her NCB savings account. The woman alleges the first so-called scam attempt was on October 25, 2022, as she noticed a thread of emails giving approval for $76,516.03 JMD to be deducted.
