The National Commercial Bank (NCB) in an email and media advisory noted adjustments made to their ABMs in ensuring the safety of their users. The decision came weeks after several machines were being vandalized.
The Bank notes the changes will cause some inconveniences while imploring customers to utilize online methods. Following the announcement in recent times regarding banks considering to either remove ABMs in vulnerable areas or a possible reduction in cash; NCB has made some adjustments to its ABM operations.
