In a shocking turn of events in Rose Heights, St. James, a 29-year-old chef, Ricardo Rhomes, has been charged with the murder of his 55-year-old uncle, Bently Vaughns, a respected mason from the same community. According to reports from the Montego Bay Police, the tragedy occurred around 2:00 a.m. when Rhomes became embroiled in an altercation with a woman.
