The Integrity Commission has submitted an investigation report and an indicative ruling from its director of corruption prosecution to parliament for tabling.
The documents were delivered on Wednesday morning (Dec. 4) and addressed to House Speaker Juliet Holness, Senate President Tom Tavares-Finson, and the clerk to the Houses, Colleen Lowe. The submission, made under section 54 of the Integrity Commission Act, fulfills the commission’s legal obligation. It is now up to parliament to table the report.
