The CEO of the National Works Agency, NWA, has been appointed to oversee the completion of the south coast highway improvement project. This announcement by Prime Minister Andrew Holness, as scores of citizens were left stuck in traffic for miles yesterday due to incomplete road work in sections of St Thomas.
