NWA Estimates 360 Million Dollars To Repair Roads

Prime Minister (PM) Andrew Holness has announced that approximately 360 million dollars will be needed for road repairs following the recent adverse weather. The National Works Agency (NWA) estimating nearly 400 million dollars worth of damage has been done to the nation’s roads following prolonged rainfall over the weekend. 

Prime Minister Andrew Holness is applauding the NWA for its efforts to restore normality to affected thoroughfares. His comes after Ian’s outer bands at the weekend caused several blockages. The PM says the NWA is currently undertaking an assessment of the damage.
