Major road works have finally started along the Friendship to Hurlock Thoroughfare in St. James, following months of pleas and protests from residents.
the residents have been complaining about the poor road conditions for some time. Janelle Ricketts National Works’ Agency (NWA) Community Relations Officer for Western Division says this project costs millions. Watch the report below:
