NWC Customers Livid Over Poor Customer Service, Commission Responds

Customers at the National Water Commission’s, NWC, Head Office in Kingston, were on Monday at their breaking point with customer service. The customers tell our news team they have been waiting for hours with no communication from management.

Meanwhile, Acting Corporate Public Relations Manager at the National Water Commission Delano Williams sought to provide some clarity following the complaints made to our news team on Monday regarding customer service issues. He notes the NWC strives to provide the best quality service to its customers.
