O.T Fairclough Trust Fund Launched For Party Workers

The People’s National Party (PNP) has officially launched the O.T Fairclough Trust Fund for struggling party workers.

This is the first significant move by the newly installed president of the 82-year-old party, Mark Golding. The fund will benefit current or retired long-serving party workers, who are in need of support.

A trust fund of appreciation…named ‘O.T Fairclough’ in honour of activist and founding PNP Father, Osmond Theodore Fairclough.

The fund will benefit current or retired long-serving party workers, who are in need of support and will provide relief in areas of housing, health care, education, and entrepreneurship.

According to Golding, it’s time to empower party workers who’ve dedicated their time and efforts to building the party.

The signing of the instrument took place at the party’s headquarters on old hope road in Kingston. Meanwhile, when pressed on other matters plaguing the PNP, no one would comment
