Despite the government’s assertion that sufficient funding has been allocated to clean drains and address potential flooding during the hurricane season, Mikael Phillips, the Opposition spokesman for Transport and Works, vehemently argues that the one million dollars provided to each constituency annually is grossly inadequate.
