Three people are dead and 6 others injured following a shooting incident at a football match in Old Harbour, St, Catherine, Sunday afternoon. Up to our news time, police were unable to confirm the identities of the deceased. Meantime, ahead of the PNP’s Annual Conference, Party Leader Mark Golding expressed unease over the recent utterances of the national security minister, being dubbed his ‘shoot to kill” remark.

Ahead of the PNP’s annual conference, Party Leader Mark Golding expressed unease over the recent utterances of the National Security Minister, being dubbed his ‘shoot to kill” remark. Golding says he noticed the JLP doubling down in its support of the statement after coming under fire from some quarters. He went further to suggest the minister’s low favourability in recent polls, may have triggered his comment. However, he cautions balance when holding certain positions of importance.
