He emphasizes the need for the government to enhance salary packages and incentives to attract and retain educators effectively.

Crawford underscores the importance of creating a more appealing and competitive environment for teachers. Among his key proposals is the idea that the government should disburse teachers’ full salaries at the beginning of the summer break.
