At least two opposition MPs, including the opposition leader, made efforts to be heard, but Speaker Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert dismissed those attempts, citing the standing orders or house rules. She announced her intention to forward the matter to Parliament’s Integrity Oversight and Ethics Committee, indicating that the Parliament would have another opportunity to discuss the report.
