Director at ESP, Antonica Gunter Gayle, is imploring caregivers to get their child tested for disabilities once an abnormality is detected, adding delay is danger. Once a disability is identified, Gunter Gayle says the student can then enroll in early. Stimulation education unit, available in Kingston, Portland, and St James.
