There is a high level of passenger traffic at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. A situation which has evolved, due to the arrival of the peak season and the recovery of tourism and travel. CEO of MBJ Airport Limited, Shane Munroe is urging passengers to be at the airport at least three hours earlier, as the high volume of passengers is expected for the month of January. Munroe adds this is usual in the winter season but there are measures in place to aid in the seamless departure. He is encouraging passengers to consider their transit time, especially when traveling outside of the parish. Since the pandemic, this has been the highest volume of passengers.
