The Prime Minister notes the most important resource is the creativity of the people, something he says the government will be investing heavily in. Mr. Holness notes that African cultures have a competitive advantage and are in great demand internationally. He says African persons and nations of African descent represent the element of knowledge and expertise in the creative sector.
